Start with a travel brief, not a destination
Tell MyEscapePlan where you are travelling from, roughly when you can go, your budget and the type of trip you want. The destination can stay open.
That is useful when the real question is not simply 'what is the cheapest flight to one place?' but 'where could I go for a warm four-night break that fits these dates and this budget?'

AI interprets the request; structured search does the comparison
MyEscapePlan uses artificial intelligence to read a natural-language travel request and turn it into structured dates, destinations, budget and preferences. The language model understands the request; it does not decide which trips rank highest.
Ranking the possibilities is done by a travel engine. It scores destinations and dates against prepared travel data, such as typical weather by month, how reachable a place is from your airport and its likely cost, so the same request against the same data gives the same shortlist rather than an answer invented on the spot.
Compare more than one cheap component
A cheap flight does not automatically make a cheap trip. Where supported, MyEscapePlan brings flight and accommodation information together so destinations can be compared on the trip you are actually trying to take.
Provider prices and availability can change, so final booking details should always be confirmed with the provider.
Where prices are checked and where you book
Prices on a shortlist are indicative until you choose to check a trip. Checking asks travel providers for the current flight and stay prices close to that moment, and prices and availability can still change before you pay.
MyEscapePlan does not take the booking. When you are ready, you book with the airline, accommodation provider or other company you choose, on their own site.
