1. Who may use MyEscapePlan
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to create an account, buy credits or subscribe.
2. What the service does
MyEscapePlan is a travel discovery and planning service. We interpret your requirements, compare destinations and travel options, and may verify important details such as pricing or availability against third-party providers. AI is used to help understand and organise travel intent, but generated material can still be incomplete or wrong.
• MyEscapePlan is not the airline, hotel, travel organiser or merchant for third-party bookings.
• A result marked verified reflects checks made around the time of the search, not a guarantee that the same price or inventory will remain available.
• You must confirm critical information, including final price, cancellation terms, entry requirements, health advice and schedules, with the relevant provider or official source.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Free use, credits and Plus
We may offer a free allowance, one-time verified-plan credits and a recurring Plus subscription. The current Pricing page, account subscription screen and checkout are the source of truth for the offer, currency and price available to you.
• Current one-time credit packs are sold as use-anytime credits and do not expire unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
• Plus currently renews monthly unless checkout says otherwise. Features and usage allowances may evolve; material reductions to an active paid plan will be communicated where required.
• If you are eligible for a trial, checkout shows the trial period, the payment method requirement and the price that will apply when the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first recurring charge.
• You can cancel a recurring subscription through the available account or billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access in place until the end of the paid period.
• Refund rights are not excluded where the law gives you one. Otherwise, partial-period refunds are not automatic.
5. Third-party services and bookings
Booking links, prices, availability, maps, weather, events and other travel information can come from third parties. Their own terms, privacy practices, payment rules and booking conditions apply when you use their services. We are not responsible for a third party changing or cancelling inventory after our check.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or automate access in breach of our controls, resell consumer access without permission, or use MyEscapePlan for unlawful activity.
7. Intellectual property
MyEscapePlan software, design, branding and original content remain ours or our licensors'. You retain rights in content you provide, while granting us the permissions reasonably needed to process it to provide and secure the service.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or perfect travel information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or losses caused by third-party booking providers, changes in travel inventory, or your reliance on information that you were told to verify.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
11. Business products and rewards
These terms cover the consumer service. MyEscapePlan Business is governed by the terms published at business.myescapeplan.app and, where applicable, separate written agreements. Any future cashback or rewards programme may be subject to additional programme-specific terms before it is made generally available.
